3. How to Request Data Deletion
3.1 Through Our Dashboard
If you have access to your account:
- Log in to your account dashboard
- Navigate to Settings → Account
- Click "Delete Account" or "Disconnect Page"
- Confirm your deletion request
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days
3.2 Via Email Request
If you cannot access your account, send an email to:

- Your Facebook Page name and ID
- Email address associated with your account
- Confirmation that you are the Page administrator
3.3 Through Facebook
You can also request data deletion through Facebook:
- Go to your Facebook Settings
- Navigate to Apps and Websites
- Find "Facebook Auto Reply Bot"
- Click "Remove" to revoke access
- This will trigger automatic data deletion from our system
4. Data Deletion Timeline
Upon receiving a valid deletion request:
- Immediate: Access to your account is disabled
- Within 24 hours: Active data is removed from production systems
- Within 7 days: Data is removed from backup systems
- Within 30 days: Complete deletion from all systems, including archives
5. Data Retention Exceptions
Some data may be retained longer if required by:
- Legal obligations: Data required for compliance with laws or regulations
- Dispute resolution: Data necessary for resolving disputes or enforcing agreements
- Security purposes: Logs needed for fraud prevention and security investigations
- Aggregated data: Anonymized analytics data that cannot identify you
In such cases, we will retain only the minimum necessary data and delete it as soon as the retention purpose no longer applies.
6. Confirmation of Deletion
After processing your deletion request, we will send a confirmation email to the address associated with your account. If you do not receive confirmation within 30 days, please contact us.
7. Consequences of Data Deletion
Please note that deleting your data will:
- Permanently remove all auto-reply functionality from your Facebook Page
- Delete all message templates and rules you created
- Remove all analytics and historical data
- Terminate your account access
- Cannot be undone - deleted data cannot be recovered
8. Partial Data Deletion
If you wish to delete specific data without closing your account, you can:
- Delete individual auto-reply rules from the dashboard
- Clear message history for specific conversations
- Reset analytics data

9. Third-Party Data
Please note that:
- We can only delete data stored in our systems
- Messages sent through Facebook Messenger are also stored by Facebook
- To delete data from Facebook's systems, you must contact Facebook directly
- We cannot control or delete data stored by Facebook
10. Reactivation After Deletion
Once your data is deleted:
- You can create a new account at any time
- Previous data cannot be restored
- You will need to reconfigure all settings and rules
11. Data Deletion for Inactive Accounts
Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be automatically deleted. We will send reminder emails at:
- 9 months of inactivity
- 11 months of inactivity
- Final notice before deletion
12. Facebook Platform Compliance
This Data Deletion Policy complies with Facebook Platform Policy 6.1, which requires apps to:
- Provide a clear data deletion mechanism
- Delete user data upon request
- Delete data when users remove the app
- Maintain a publicly accessible data deletion policy
